S'Mores

It starts with a brown sugar cookie dough, spiked with cinnamon. It is then topped with chocolate, a fluffy helping of homemade marshmallow fluff toasted to golden brown perfection, and then topped with a chunk of milk chocolate and a gluten free graham cracker.
